Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce - 12oz.

Indian Butter Chicken

Our savoy blend of warm, aromatic ingredients come together to make this mild dish that is sure to please the whole family.  Quick and easy - you can have dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breast or Thigh Meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 Tbsp Sutter Buttes Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Thai Chili Olive Oil
  • 1 jar Sutter Buttes Indian Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce
  • Red or Green Chili paste to taste (optional)
  • Butter and Fresh Coriander for garnish
  • Steamed Basmati Rice or Toasted Naan Flatbread for serving

Directions

  1. Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  2. Sautee chicken for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add simmer sauce and cook an additional 10 to 15 minutes, mix in chili paste if using.
  4. Serve with rice or flatbread, garnish with a dollop of butter and chopped fresh coriander.
